Position Summary :
We're looking for a Director of Operations to join the Hamilton Labs team as we prepare for significant growth. This role is focused on execution-coordinating teams, managing vendors, and ensuring our business plan is implemented. Reporting to the Sr. VP & GM of Royston LLC, you'll collaborate with various departments to keep the business on track and drive results. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to step into Director level management and gain hands-on experience running a business unit.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management and Project Execution :
- Execute the business plan under senior leadership's direction.
- Coordinate global projects to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Support key initiatives, including the new configurator launch and finalizing Revit files.
- Track progress and provide updates to leadership on key metrics.
