Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth, market share expansion, and brand recognition.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented sales and marketing team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activity to adjust strategies and identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Sales & Marketing Integration: Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives, ensuring a seamless and unified approach to customer acquisition and retention.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage the sales and marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources while driving ROI and achieving KPIs.
- Customer Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, while developing innovative campaigns to engage and retain customers.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and analytics to track performance, optimize campaigns, and measure success, ensuring continuous improvement in all sales and marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years Sales and/or Marketing leadership experience ideally in the beer, beverage, or consumer-packaged goods (CPG).
- Deep understanding of key retailers and distribution networks in Missouri and Illinois.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills – able to develop teams, build relationships, and drive results.
