Our Front Desk Coordinator welcomes and greets clients warmly, ensuring that they feel comfortable and happy on their visit. and attends to their inquiries about services offered in the Spa; also answers all incoming calls, voicemails and email inquires promptly as expected. The receptionist also has the responsibility to promote the image of GREY ORCHID by ensuring they always look professional and up to GREY ORCHID's standards, to provide customers a positive impression about the Spa image, being the first and last impression for each client. Receptionist is expected to coordinate services offered in all departments of the spa, register new clients; receive payments from clients for services ordered, and issue invoices. Receptionist is required to learn products and services offered to be able to translate and accommodate our clients.

  • Provide 1st class customer service to all clients
  • To know all procedures at the spa
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in person inquires while providing accurate information to clients
  • Keep the reception area clean and conducive as well as retail area
  • Process payments from clients for services ordered from the spa
  • Schedule appointments
  • Open and/or close the spa at the appropriate time
  • Ensure that the front desk is clean and organized for free movement
  • Inform staff members of appointments that have been canceled by clients and alert staff members of the arrival of clients who come without prior appointments
  • Assist in developing promotional events, which focus on increasing the clientele of the spa
  • Abides by opening and closing tasks given by Manager.
  • Professional, positive attitude always.

Required Qualifications

  • Reliable transportation
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Possess strong knowledge of how computers work, as well as the ability to use MS office package to process and store information
  • Excellent multitasking skills (able to handle several assignments)
  • Possess strong organizational skills
  • Flexible schedule and able to work weekends
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • Strong professional ethics

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating weekends
  • Weekends as needed
