Greybull Stewardship is seeking an experienced, Brand President, Green Earth Cleaning.

GreenEarth Cleaning: GreenEarth Cleaning is a leading provider of eco-friendly dry cleaning services, including license fees, products with direct and distributor distribution, marketing services and expanded support to anyone with a drycleaning machine. We are on a mission to change the way the dry cleaning industry operates by offering a safer, greener alternative that minimizes the environmental footprint. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and results-driven President to lead GreenEarth Cleaning into its next phase of growth. As the President, you will serve as the leader of the brand, responsible for driving the overall strategic direction, ensuring financial performance, fostering a culture of nurturing team relationships, innovation into the future of the industry, and leading the team to success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading an organization through growth, with strong leadership skills, distribution of products, and a deep passion for environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the long-term strategy for GreenEarth Cleaning, including identifying new business opportunities, expanding market share, and growing brand recognition.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee all aspects of daily operations to ensure efficient and sustainable business practices, including managing key functional areas such as finance, marketing, operations, and human resources.
• Financial Performance: Manage financial health and growth of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability. Lead efforts to maximize revenue generation while maintaining a commitment to sustainable practices.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing leadership team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation that aligns with GreenEarth’s mission and values.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, partners, suppliers, and environmental organizations.
• Brand Development: Serve as the brand ambassador, representing GreenEarth Cleaning in the marketplace and championing its mission of sustainability and environmental responsibility.
• Sustainability Commitment: Ensure that GreenEarth Cleaning continues to lead the way in providing environmentally friendly dry cleaning services. Champion sustainability efforts and advocate for eco-conscious practices across all levels of the organization.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate any risks to the company’s reputation, financial health, or market position. Lead the organization in regulatory compliance and safety practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven executive leadership experience, preferably in the dry cleaning, retail, or sustainability-focused industries.
• Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to grow revenue, drive profitability, and manage operations effectively.
• Expertise in strategic planning, operational efficiency, and financial management.
• Passion for sustainability and environmental issues with a deep understanding of green technologies and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders, including employees, customers, and investors.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities, with a track record of implementing successful growth strategies.
• Background in distribution of product sales.
• This is not a remote position. You must reside in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
