As an Evening/Night Shift Doorman, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests arriving at our premises during the evening and night hours. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the safety and security of the property while providing exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of residents, guests, and visitors.
- Patrol the property regularly to maintain order and security.
- Respond to emergency situations promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all visitors and activities on the premises.
- Report any incidents, disturbances, or suspicious behavior to management.
- Perform routine inspections of common areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
**Requirements:**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining visitor logs and incident reports.
- Must be able to work evening and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Hours: 7:00pm - 3:00am but subject to change$17.50/hour
