Job Description
As a Regional Sales and Agency Manager you will be responsible for management of sales locations within The Texas territory. Channels: Terminals, Agency, TVM (incl. Handhelds).
*Travel requirement: ~75% travel
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure customer experience standards established by the company are met at locations within the Texas territory
* Evaluate and report on cost to sell metrics and identify and execute growth strategies across responsible locations
* Coordinate services provided at terminal (customer service/sales locations) by vendors and contractors
* Ensure policies and contract obligations are followed, including:
- Collection of funds due
- Contracts and amendments
- Required Trainings completed
- Agency training is continually up-to-date
- Site visits and Terminal safety walkthroughs (Audits)
- Escalate facilities maintenance and safety concerns from Audits
* Establish new locations (sourcing) for sales-related stops and work closely with Government Affairs/Infrastructure on subsidy and bus stop needs
* Establish new Agents for locations that that require offline sales
* Direct Management of Shop (Sales and customer service) Management
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
* At least 3 years of supervisory/management experience with a proven ability to lead.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills: the ability to effectively interact with various styles and levels of management.
* Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
* Ability to solve problems and act in a decisive way to achieve results.
* Must be able to meet deadlines and multi-task.
* Experience with Bus Terminal Operations Preferred
* A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
