Your full-time schedule as a Dental Patient Coordinator will be consistent and predictable :
- Monday – Thursday - 7 : 45 AM – 5 : 00 PM
- Friday - 7 : 45 AM – 3 : 00 PM

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As a Dental Patient Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating a seamless experience for every patient. Your day will begin with preparing the office to welcome patients, ensuring everything is organized and ready to go. Throughout the day, you will warmly greet patients as they arrive, check them in, and verify their insurance to make the process smooth and stress-free. You will also assist with recall activation calls, reaching out to patients to help them stay on track with their care. At the end of each visit, you will check patients out with efficiency and professionalism. Your role will be essential in ensuring the flow of the office runs smoothly, all while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for our patients.
