Greylock Recovery is a substance use disorder (SUD) withdrawal management and residential treatment facility opening in Williamstown, Massachusetts. Our mission is to provide world-class treatment to those suffering from the disease of addiction, in a safe, compassionate, nurturing environment.
Responsibilities :
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the RN or medical doctor
- Monitor and record the patient's vital signs and medical history
- Conduct case staffing with other direct care providers in the department
- Monitor and observe clients for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, respond appropriately
- Deliver / monitor detoxification treatment per agency medical / pharmacy protocols
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
