Summary :

We recently led an investment in a Series A company that has a platform that allows you to easily customize powerful AI models to your specific needs. This technology empowers you to fine-tune any open-source large language model, making it perform exceptionally well. The focus is getting the most out of the AI models and avoiding getting bogged down by managing complex infrastructure.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive revenue : Responsible for achieving individual sales targets.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles : Manage multi-stakeholder deals with defined pilots and technical considerations.
  • Market intelligence : Gather and share market insights, product knowledge, and competitive intelligence.
  • Data-driven approach : Utilize CRM to track activity, analyze results, and inform GTM strategy.
  • Brand ambassador : Represent the company and its technology positively to prospects and customers.
  • Long-term focus : Balance urgency with building sustainable customer relationships.

Qualifications :

  • Proven Sales Track Record : 4 years of successful experience in a quota-carrying sales role (e.g., Account Executive) within a fast-paced environment (e.g., tech startup, high-growth company).
  • Consistent Top Performer : Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets and achieve top-tier performance.
  • Data-Driven Approach : Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a focus on tracking key metrics and using data to inform sales strategies.
  • Adaptable & Resilient : Thrives in dynamic and challenging environments, able to adapt to change and overcome obstacles effectively.
  • Excellent Communication & Collaboration : Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
  • Tech-Savvy & Results-Oriented : Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools. Leverages technology to improve efficiency and achieve sales goals.
  • Customer-Centric : Focuses on building long-term customer relationships and representing the company positively in all interactions.
