The Founding Sales Executive will play a crucial role in defining our go-to-market strategy and establishing a premier customer base. This is a unique opportunity to drive significant growth in a fast-evolving company.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies : Identify target customer profiles, craft impactful value propositions, and formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline : Actively identify, qualify, and nurture leads via diverse channels (e.g., outreach, networking, industry events).
  • Negotiate and close deals : Deliver product demonstrations, resolve customer objections, and successfully close deals to surpass revenue goals.
  • Foster strong customer relationships : Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers and become a reliable advisor to your clients.
  • Provide valuable market insights : Gather intelligence on market trends and competition to guide product development and sales strategies.

Qualifications :

  • Proven success in sales : At least 3 years of experience as an Account Executive, preferably within a SaaS or high-growth setting.
  • Strong sales skills : Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Results-driven mentality : Proactive, focused on achieving targets, and highly motivated.
  • Technical competence : Ability to comprehend and convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong work ethic : Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills : Skilled in building robust relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.
  • Data-driven approach : Use key metrics to track performance and inform sales strategies effectively.
