Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lease Consultant to join our team. As a Lease Consultant, you will be responsible for performing all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community's revenue and occupancy goals.
Responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments, process applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks.
- Inspect apartments prior to resident move-in and ensure they are in move-in ready condition, scheduling any outstanding items with the maintenance team.
- Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions, develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy, and follow established policies related to concessions, specials, and other programs.
- Design and execute marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the community, including implementing resident referral and employer outreach programs, using internet marketing tools, and following community-specific marketing plans.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
- All licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
