Position Overview :
The Sales Project Manager ensures strong customer relationships and smooth order processing from entry to delivery, working closely with internal teams to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Track orders from entry to shipment, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Support Regional Sales Managers and external reps during bids and order management.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers for successful project execution.
- Review purchase orders, resolving commercial and technical issues.
- Prepare orders and manage associated documentation.
- Oversee submittals, releases, and change orders with engineering and customers.
- Ensure material availability by working with Supply Chain.
- Monitor order status, flag issues, and proactively resolve delays or complaints.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
