Job Summary
The Human Resource Manager will lead all human resources operations including hiring, onboarding, policy development, and employee engagement. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in a dynamic environment, ensuring compliance with legal standards and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic planning skills and a comprehensive understanding of HR processes, including talent acquisition, employee evaluation, and conflict management. The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting the overall business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process, including setting up and conducting interviews in collaboration with other managers.
- Develop and enforce company policies, addressing any policy violations with appropriate actions.
- Conduct payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Continually assess and propose improvements for health insurance and retirement plans.
- Respond to employee benefit inquiries and manage benefits programs.
- Conduct annual performance reviews and develop strategies to improve employee performance.
- Implement initiatives aimed at boosting employee morale and engagement, Examples: team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness incentives.
- Address and mediate employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts, excluding driver-related safety issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in Human Resources, specifically in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to mediate disputes effectively.
