We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Essential Functions
- Adhere to all customer contractual requirements
- Responsible for handling customer complaints and inquiries in an efficient and professional manner
- Demonstrates a desire to provide outstanding service to customers
- Performs and cross trains in other duties as assigned
- Provides prompt and professional service to clients/customers and supports the achievement of regional goals
- Determines the nature of customer call requests, responds with the appropriate course of action and documents all transactions by using the proper tracking processes and reports
Minimum Requirements
- Due to the inherently dangerous nature of the industry and requirements to work with or around hazardous equipment, employees must be able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to write, read and comprehend written and verbal job instructions/information
- Must be able to communicate with others
- Communicate with coworkers in a positive, cooperative and professional manner
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures
- Punctuality and Attendance is a condition of employment
- Must be willing to work various shifts, including weekends
- Must have experience with Baltimore Gas & Electric operating systems
