MSP Sales Professional - Drive Growth and Foster Long-lasting Client Relationships 

Are you a motivated, results-driven sales professional with a passion for technology and a talent for building lasting client relationships? We're looking for an experienced Managed Services Sales Professional to join our team and help drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and closing deals that generate revenue and deliver value. If you have a proven track record of success in the IT Managed Services industry and are ready to take your sales career to the next level, we'd love to hear from you! 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our MSP client base 

- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building efforts 

- Collaborate with our technical team to develop customized IT solutions that address clients' unique needs, enhance their technology infrastructure, and deliver tangible business benefits 

- Present compelling sales proposals, conduct persuasive product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts that maximize value for both clients and our organization 

- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape, leveraging this knowledge to position our MSP offerings as a superior choice in the market 

- Provide exceptional account management for existing clients, nurturing relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty 

- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to create and implement targeted campaigns that generate leads and drive awareness of our MSP offerings 

- Continuously refine and improve sales processes, tools, and techniques to optimize efficiency and effectiveness 

 

Requirements: 

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 

- 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT Managed Services or technology solutions industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas 

- Strong understanding of MSP offerings, including IT infrastructure, networking, security, cloud services, and IT operations 

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels 

- Highly motivated, self-directed, and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a relentless commitment to achieving results 

- Experience with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and other technology solutions that support the sales process 

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, juggling multiple priorities and adapting to changing market conditions
