Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance our online presence. You will be responsible for the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, Google PPC, Google Local Services Ads, email marketing, SEO, website lead generation, and other relevant digital marketing efforts. This role also requires out-of-the-box thinking to identify, test, and evaluate new and innovative sources for lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage effective Google PPC and Local Services Ad campaigns.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content to enhance our brand and drive engagement.
- Execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list management, and performance analysis.
- Optimize company website and content to improve SEO and increase organic search rankings.
- Implement strategies to drive lead generation and improve website conversion rates.
- Identify and evaluate new lead generation opportunities, employing creative thinking and market analysis.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and suggest innovative strategies to stay competitive.
- Weekly updates with senior management to update performance and strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including PPC, LSA, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (SEMRush, Moz, etc.), and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and their advertising capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred
- Experience working in or with the construction, remodeling, or related industries.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Compensation
- Salary starting at $70,000 per year depending on experience.
