Job Description
Gridiron IT is looking to hire an experienced Antenna Engineer to join our team. This role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in the design, construction, testing, and analysis of antennas and RF systems spanning HF to UHF frequencies. The successful candidate will bring a strong technical background in electromagnetic analysis, system compatibility, and safety for RF systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, construct, evaluate, and test antennas and RF system components across HF to UHF frequencies using empirical and numerical methods.
- Perform electromagnetic analyses for safety hazards, RF propagation, system installation solutions, collocation, and radiation pattern evaluation.
- Provide technical expertise for RF system compatibility and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Support the installation and integration of antenna systems, addressing compatibility and interference challenges.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range : $105,000 – 200,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
