We have a full-time need for a Fiber Service Wire Technician position available in Utah, specifically in St. George. The main responsibilities include installing fiber optic internet services, delivering top-quality service, and providing product education to both residential and commercial customers.

What You’ll Do
- Installation of aerial and underground fiber optic cables from servicing terminals to demarcation at the customer's premises.
- Clean & connect fiber cable at the FSAI, MST, and ONT.
- Must have experience with aerial and/or underground cable installation
- Must have worked at heights of 18 feet on an extension ladder
- Strong customer communication skills & the ability to explain technical issues to customers is required
- May climb and work at elevations (e.g., from ladders, lift trucks) exceeding 18 feet
- May perform strenuous physical activities including, but not limited to lifting objects weighing over 75 pounds
- May perform job activities outdoors in different weather conditions (e.g., extreme cold and/or heat, inclement weather)
- When working aloft, employee's weight and tools combined may not exceed the 300-pound weight limit as specified by the manufacturer
What You’ll Need
- Must have their own truck, van, or SUV with a ladder rack
- Must have their own tools to perform the job
- Must have Android smart phones
- Must have lace up boots with a defined 1/2-inch heel.
- Other equipment may be required by local management
- Must be available to work flexible hours. Weekend work may be required.
- Must pass background check and drug test
