Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive sales and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role involves managing outside sales efforts, developing new business opportunities, and analyzing sales performance to achieve targets.

Duties

  • Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new prospects in the market.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales management role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on customer relations.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

  • F&I Mangement experience
