We are seeking a SELF STARTER, who will continue to help us EXPAND our reputation throughout North Carolina. Our HVAC Lead Mechanic/Installers are tasked with managing daily installs, ensuring customer satisfaction, upholding company standards and values, and having basic safety knowledge regarding tools and surroundings.

What Will I Be Doing?

- Utilize your knowledge of HVAC fundamentals to repair and install HVAC systems to meet estimated deadlines.
- Consult with customers regarding complaints and offer solutions to benefit the customer.

- Take ownership of being the subject matter expert in your skilled trade and share this knowledge with the team.
- Actively communicate with Senior Leadership on areas of opportunity for growth and improvement.

Salary : $55,000 - $80,000
