Job Summary
The Field Service Technician reports directly to the Operations Manager and will take a proactive approach to maintaining and repairing a vast array of dewatering and treatment systems and equipment.
Job Responsibilities
- Complete all tasks according to Griffin SOPs and JSAs.
- Proactively visit jobsites to monitor dewatering system performance, meet with clients, and make repairs on systems or equipment as needed.
- Complete site inspection paperwork, field daily reports,
- Effectively tune and troubleshoot dewatering systems, pumps and electrical equipment.
- Safely operate hand and power tools, pumps, and electrical equipment in the field.
- Maintain orderliness of installed Griffin equipment and materials.
- Follow directives accurately and efficiently.
- Effectively communicate with client, supervisor and co-workers.
