Griffin Editions UV Producer

Our UV Department is a small, dedicated team of experienced Printers & Technicians working at the intersection of Studio Art, Photography, and Fabrication. We are looking for a competent, experienced, hands-on producer to supplement / compliment our team’s existing skill set. Far from just static two-dimensional prints on a wall; the producer will be responsible for coordinating production for, at times, complicated interdisciplinary print projects. Experience handling art; general knowledge / experience with digital printing; and familiarity with various fabrication or artistic practices including CNC, woodwork, metalwork, painting, and sculpture are highly desired.

Responsibilities :

• Liaise with Artists
• Facilitate a multitude of projects simultaneously
• Assist other team members as necessary
• Quote and bill clients
• Oversee all phases of production

Skills / Requirements :

• 5 years professional experience in the art world
• Experience and comfort working directly with artists
• Familiarity or expertise with a wide range of fabrication and art techniques
• Knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Solidworks, and File Maker ideal
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Knowledge of contemporary artistic practices.
