- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and offering solutions that add value.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, demands, and competitor strategies.
- Present and sell company products to current and potential clients, preparing professional proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contract terms and agreements to close sales while maintaining company profit margins.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- An Associate's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience in Inside Sales.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient level of computer skills in typing, number key, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
