Griffis/Blessing is looking for an experienced Multi-Site Property Manager to join our team! This role will oversee 2 communities with a total of 148 units.
The perfect candidate:
- Must have a minimum of 1 years property management experience
- Be detailed oriented, be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, have problem solving & critical thinking skills in addition to being a self-starter and work independently.
- Leasing software experience is preferred
- Bring your A game. We need a team player with the ability to lead and multi-task
- Have superior judgment, precise and gracious communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have the ability to switch gears seamlessly and be able to work start to finish with the owner's goal in mind.
- Have outstanding customer service skills
- Have a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance
