Responsibilities
- Prepare and present breakfast items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure that all food is fresh, properly stored, and meets health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including dining tables, serving stations, and kitchen equipment.
- Provide excellent guest relations by communicating effectively with guests and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure all food service areas are stocked and ready for guests.
Skills
- Experience in meal preparation and knowledge of dietary aide practices is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in guest relations at all times.
- Competence in using kitchen tools, including knives, safely and efficiently.
- A positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration in a busy environment.
