Surgery Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Surgical Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating surgical procedures, ensuring smooth patient flow, and providing exceptional patient service.

Duties:
- Prepares all specialty surgical patient charts
- Collaborates closely with office coordinators of surrounding practices
- Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available for procedures
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Completes weekly / monthly / quarterly reports

Skills:
- Proficiency in medical office software, SIS
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous experience in a surgical setting or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with front desk operations and patient service

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
