Duties
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Answer and manage incoming calls using phone systems, ensuring professional communication at all times.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist in office management duties, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed, including preparing documents and reports.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the office.
- Support medical receptionist functions when required, handling patient inquiries and appointment scheduling.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office assistant or similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency with phone systems and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and office management practices.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is advantageous but not required.
