The Director of Business Development – Cell Therapy will drive business growth strategies with a specialized focus on human biological raw materials, cell sourcing, and regulatory compliance in cell therapy processes. This role requires a strategic leader with deep scientific knowledge and the ability to oversee cross-functional project implementation to ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Business Development Strategy
Lead the development of a business strategy for cell therapy, emphasizing human biological raw materials and cell sourcing.
Serve as the Bio Supplies' SME on human biological raw materials, advising on required processes and best practices in cell therapy.
Oversee the project management aspects of business development initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and other relevant regulatory guidelines related to human biological raw materials.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers, clients, and industry stakeholders.

Pay Scale :
The estimated pay scale for the Director Business Development, Cell Therapy role based in the United States is $170,000.00-$220,000.00 per year, with eligibility for the company bonus pool and a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and PTO.
