Your Key Responsibilities:
- Determine donor suitability.
- Establish rapport with donors for overall customer satisfaction while ensuring confidentiality.
- Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
- Monitor donor and equipment health, ensuring quality product.
- Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines.
- Dispose of contaminated disposable equipment.
