Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading Continuous Process Improvement initiatives and driving process enhancements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, execute, and monitor opportunities to improve operational processes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive process improvements that enhance costs, quality, production, and service.
- Assess challenges, metrics, effectiveness of operational processes for improvement in business objectives.
Requirements
- 4-year college degree in business or manufacturing required.
- Prior training and certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt in root cause investigations is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
