Job Summary: An industry leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Continuous Improvement (CI) Coach to join our team at the RTP site. This role will partner with Business Area Leads to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring sustainable and impactful changes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean methodologies, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Continuous Improvement (CI) Coach, collaborating with Business Area Leads to identify, own, and deliver CI projects using foundational tools such as 5S, Root Cause Analysis, and standard work.
- Facilitate workshops tailored to specific needs and challenges, employing methodologies like Kaizen Events, process mapping, and A3 problem-solving.
- Build strong partnerships with senior leaders and key stakeholders to influence decisions and lead change management activities effectively.
- Lead the deployment and enhancement of continuous improvement and operational excellence systems, including the Daily Management System (DMS) and A3 problem-solving, to drive process improvements.
- Deliver CI and operational excellence training to employees at all levels, ensuring the successful deployment and sustainability of Lean practices and methodologies.
