Luxury Boutique Real Estate Brokerage seeks a full-time Marketing & Social Media Coordinator. This is an in-office position. We manage a large volume of real estate in a demanding environment, so attention to details is essential along with the ability to take directions, keep track of many deadlines, and communicate effectively with clients while providing excellent customer service. As Marketing & Social Media Coordinator, you will manage the marketing and advertising for the Brokerage as well as handle all social media for key members of the Management Team. A successful candidate will be outgoing, super organized, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create ads for bi-weekly newspaper publications
- Create flyers for weekly e-blasts
- Create monthly ads for magazine publications
- Manage customer database
- Order luxury brochures for properties
- Create marketing postcards for mailers
- Manage and create social media content
o Develop engaging content for platforms
o Highlight properties, open houses, and other relevant updates
o Attend photo shoots for content
o Collaborate with videographer for content
- Manage website for brokerage
o Add listings
o Update pages
- Maintain You-Tube Account
- Help out manning the front office when needed
- Communicate with Sellers on marketing of their property
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing position.
- Basic knowledge of real estate
- Expert level in Canva, Mail Chimp
- Social media guru (especially Instagram and Facebook)
- Strong professional written, verbal and communication skills
- Incredible attention to details!
- Customer service-orientated personality
- A willingness to help out wherever needed
- Familiarity with WordPress is a plus

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
