Job Description
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate and detailed information on leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure a smooth transition through the sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments.
- Attend and participate in Industrial Tradeshows.
- Ability to travel to prospects and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 5-7 years of outbound sales experience.
- Proven experience in utilizing an enterprise sales system in the industrial specialty chemicals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus.
- Must be available to travel 30% of the time for sales-related purposes.
