About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Reliability Specialist to join our team at Grillo's Pickles. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and leadership to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain a high-performing maintenance team to achieve site performance targets for uptime, equipment reliability, and overall equipment efficiency.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventative maintenance programs to sustain a safe working environment, minimize waste, and reduce repair costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment readiness, deconflict maintenance activities, and drive improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze data to track key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 5 years of maintenance leadership experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collect, analyze, and present data to solve problems and drive improvements.
- Hands-on leadership with experience managing comprehensive preventative maintenance programs; strong knowledge of quality and safety systems/standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
