">We are a rapidly growing company seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team at our manufacturing plant in Taylorsville, Indiana.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies aligned with our business goals and objectives.
Your primary focus will be on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. You will oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, as well as develop and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
In addition, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee relations practices, addressing and resolving employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and fair manner.
You will also oversee compensation planning, including salary structure, bonuses, and incentive programs, and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
