GRILLSMITH SERVICE MANAGER NEEDED!
- POINT OF SALE experience: Proficiency with restaurant POS system to oversee cash transactions; including refunding customers, providing discounts, and comping items.
- ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS: Top-notch organizational skills and prioritization skills are critical in order to juggle many responsibilities at a time and lead successful work shift
- LEADERSHIP SKILLS: It is important for the front of house manager to keep staff on task, motivated, and focused as well as resolve any staff conflicts and/or customer concerns
- MANAGEMENT SKILLS: Strong Managerial skills needed to hire, fire, train, and discipline staff respectably
- ASSIST WITH HIRING OF NEW TEAM MEMBERS: Lead staff onboarding (experience teaching and/or training new staff is preferable)
- TEAM SHIFT PLANNING
- CUSTOMER SERVICE: Dedicated to providing excellent customer service and improving the customer experience
- SUPERVISE UPKEEP OF GUEST AREAS
