Grimaldi’s Pizzeria is Hiring a Recruiter for our Restaurant Support Center!
As the Recruiter, you will be tasked with full cycle recruiting support for our 44 restaurants and corporate office. This position manages a team of two talent acquisition professionals. This is a fully remote position. If you have a passion for people and pizza, Grimaldi's is ready to serve you.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Provide full cycle recruiting support for all restaurants and corporate office
- Partner with operations to identify talent gaps and drive staffing solutions

Track analytical data regarding all facets of the hiring process, to include
sourcing effectiveness, offer rate, acceptance rate and other analysis as needed
About You:
- More than 1 year of restaurant recruiting experience is required
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (UKG/ Ulti Pro or similar)
