Job Overview:

As a Commission-Only Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business and drive sales for our pressure washing, window cleaning, and painting services. This role is perfect for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a commission-based environment and are eager to maximize their earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new customer leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Provide accurate quotes and follow up on proposals in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home services or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
