- Develop and maintain relationships with key referral partners.
- Cultivate relationships and cross-sell additional lines of insurance.
2. Sales Activities:
- Networking at professional organizations, association meetings, and mixers.
- Complete necessary paperwork and input information into the software system after a sale.
- Taking care of inbound calls
- Attend networking events and support local and community events.
Professional and Personal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter, driven, and able to manage rejection well.
- Confident, energetic, and enthusiastic with a sense of humor.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Experience with a CRM
