What you will need:
- Working knowledge of Agricultural, Industrial, earth-moving, and on-road equipment and vehicles.
- Extensive working knowledge of project management, logistics, and EAM systems.
- Knowledge of DOT, CARB, and Cal-OSHA regulations.
- Be business-minded with the ability to effectively manage budgets, set objectives, and produce results.
- Be familiar with the principles of tractor equipment maintenance, the repair process, and managing product inventory.
- Possess effective communication skills between all levels of personnel and other departments.
- Ability to plan ahead and lay out work schedules in advance but also have the ability to modify work plans and meet expectations despite changing work and field conditions.
- Be organized, meticulous, and timely in work habits.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and various needs simultaneously from start to completion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, fleet management software, and ability to learn other proprietary programs as needed.
- Ability to travel when required depending on business need.
- A valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record.
- Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen.
What will set you apart:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Automation, or comparable Engineering Technology or Business discipline
- Extensive management experience within these fields will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience providing leadership, problem resolution, motivation, and team building.
Total Rewards: $120,000 – $165,000 / Yearly Salary
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
