What you will need:
- Ability to safely operate pickup, trailer, pressure washer, air compressor, and other basic tools.
- Ability to operate tractors.
- Ability to travel 5 months out of the year, as required to: Yuma, Coachella & Westmorland.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean DMV driving record.
- Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
What will set you apart:
- 1 – 2 years of experience on repairs of basic mechanics.
- Knowledge of organically approved maintenance.
- Bi-lingua English/Spanish
