What you will need:
- 4 years of experience in farm management and livestock husbandry, including supervising labor and engaging in the business aspects of the industry.
- Strong communication skills.
- Adhere to established animal husbandry practices common to the region and comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, regulations, and directives.
- Computer literate and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Position requires employee to work in Fish Lake area.
- Available to work weekends depending on business needs.
- Able to travel overnight occasionally.
- Have a valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record.
- Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical, and functional capacity evaluation.
What will set you apart:
- Four-year college degree in a related major preferred, but not required in lieu of direct experience.
- Capable of interacting effectively with employees at all levels.
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish.
