We are a coffee brand based in Charlottesville, VA looking to hire people with a positive attitude. Successful Grit Coffee employees love serving and being around people, and have a desire to learn about the many fascinating aspects of coffee. We seek to build a diverse, vibrant, and creative team of individuals that will help us strengthen our brand with their unique experience.
Coffee experience is preferred, but not necessary. We will train new hires on how to prepare and serve our coffee, espresso and tea.
