Role Description / Day-to-day :
The Entry-Level Outside Pest Control Sales Consultant's main responsibility is to engage with homeowners directly at their homes, introducing them to effective pest control solutions. Through spontaneous doorstep consultations, you’ll help families improve the safety, cleanliness, structural integrity, comfort, and overall value of their homes. Your confidence in the value of our services will enable you to quickly build rapport, transforming new encounters into lasting connections in as little as 10 minutes at their doorstep. By leveraging your skills in trust-building, clear communication, persistence, and product expertise, you’ll develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, ultimately converting cold leads into satisfied customers.

Qualified candidates will :
- Leverage door-to-door cold canvassing to raise awareness about the affordability and effectiveness of our pest control solutions.
- Adapt to homeowners' schedules by being available for late afternoon and evening consultations .
- Dedicate yourself to a seasonal work schedule from April through September (or similar availability).
- Inform and educate homeowners on the benefits of our pest control services.
- Engage in daily sales team training sessions and meetings to continuously refine your skills.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through consistent and thorough follow-ups.
- Strive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance metric goals.
