Job Summary :
As a Maintenance Planner , you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to support production and minimize downtime. You will collaborate closely with mechanics, engineers, and other departments to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and manage maintenance schedules, ensuring timely execution of preventive and corrective tasks.
Utilize ERP systems, SAP, and iMaintenance to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance activities.
Supervise and collaborate with mechanics and cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence.
Assist and interface with Engineering on CAPEX.
Analyze maintenance data and recommend process improvements for increased efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for parts and service needs.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, SAP, and EMaint .
- Strong leadership and communication skills to work effectively with mechanics and other departments.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and asset management strategies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues efficiently.
