We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Director of Operations to lead and optimize our client’s U.S. operations. This pivotal role demands an experienced professional with a proven track record in Language Service Providers (LSPs) or the media industry . The ideal candidate will excel in aligning cross-functional teams, enhancing workflows, and fostering relationships with clients and freelancers, ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Alignment :
Champion the transition to a translator management-focused model.
Collaborate with global teams to integrate the U.S. office’s objectives with the overarching organizational goals.
Operational Leadership :
Conduct thorough audits of existing workflows, tools, and processes, including HR, localization projects, client management, and freelancer onboarding.
Drive the implementation of scalable workflows, leveraging tools like E’nuff TMS and LMS.
Team Development :
Assess team capabilities, identify skill gaps, and roll out targeted training programs.
Foster a culture of innovation and adaptability, inspiring the team to embrace new tools and methodologies.
KPI Management :
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for project delivery, client satisfaction, and freelancer engagement.
Continuously refine operations based on data-driven insights.
Client & Freelancer Relations :
Enhance client satisfaction through superior communication, transparent reporting, and reliable service delivery.
Spearhead initiatives to expand and optimize the freelancer network, targeting 100,000 sign-ups.
Market Positioning :
Partner with marketing teams to strengthen the company’s U.S. presence.
Support campaigns that promote proprietary tools like E’nuff TMS and LMS, positioning the company as a SaaS leader in the industry.
Qualifications :
Mandatory experience in operational leadership within Language Service Providers (LSPs) or the media industry.
Proven expertise in workflow optimization and process improvement.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Familiarity with automation tools and KPI-driven management.
Strategic vision combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
