Role Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Operations to lead and optimize our client’s U.S. operations. This role requires a visionary leader with exceptional organizational expertise, who can align cross-functional teams, streamline workflows, and enhance client and freelancer engagement. Key Responsibilities : Strategic Alignment : Understand and support the transition to a translator management model. Collaborate with global teams to integrate the U.S. office's role in achieving organizational goals. Operational Leadership : Conduct comprehensive audits of workflows, tools, and processes, including HR, localization projects, client management, and freelancer onboarding. Implement scalable workflows using advanced tools like E’nuff TMS and LMS. Team Development : Assess team strengths and gaps, implement training programs, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities. Motivate and inspire the team to adopt new workflows and tools. KPI Management : Develop and track KPIs for project delivery, client satisfaction, and freelancer engagement. Continuously refine processes based on performance metrics. Client & Freelancer Relations : Enhance client satisfaction through improved communication, reporting, and service delivery. Drive initiatives to expand and optimize the freelancer network, aiming for 100,000 sign-ups. Market Positioning : Collaborate with marketing teams to strengthen the organization’s brand in the U.S. Support campaigns highlighting proprietary tools like E’nuff and LMS, positioning the company as a SaaS leader. Qualifications : Proven experience in operational leadership within a SaaS, localization, or related industry. Strong expertise in workflow optimization and process improvement. Exceptional communication and team management skills. Familiarity with automation tools and KPI development. Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
