Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including team management, service delivery, and performance tracking.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, including recruitment, sourcing and pairing.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing work culture that aligns with company values.
- Ensure staff training and professional development to maintain high service standards.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define operational goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Analyze market trends and operational data to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Drive initiatives to improve client satisfaction, retention, and operational efficiency.
Client Success:
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality staffing solutions tailored to client needs.
- Work closely with client-facing teams to address challenges, enhance satisfaction, and build long-term relationships.

- Implement best practices for operational management and virtual staffing solutions.
Budget and Resource Management:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a remote or virtual service-based environment.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of virtual staffing models, workforce management, and client service delivery.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in operational tools, CRM platforms, and project management software.
