Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Employee Relations :
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection processes.
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive work environment and boost morale.
Oversight of day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
Work closely with management to provide HR guidance on performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
Required Education :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
Required Work Experience :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and engagement.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
