Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and grievances, providing recommendations for resolution.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance workplace culture and promote positive employee relations.
- Recruitment:
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to track recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes.
- Employee Engagement:
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive work environment and boost morale.
- Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with management to develop action plans based on employee feedback.
- Front Office HR Duties:
- Oversight of day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with management to provide HR guidance on performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to facilitate effective communication.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
Required Work Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and engagement.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
